Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialized industrial components, is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to enhance their production capabilities at their facility in **Winnipeg, Manitoba, CA**. This role is crucial for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain advanced manufacturing processes and systems. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC). Contribute to the development of long-term manufacturing strategies and technology roadmaps. Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and components. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
