Senior Logistics Coordinator - Remote Operations

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, key metrics, and recommendations to management. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities. Lead and mentor junior logistics staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management to drive innovation. Utilize advanced logistics software and systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize routes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Proven experience in managing complex logistics operations, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and international trade regulations. Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
