Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Proven experience in managing complex logistics operations, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and international trade regulations. Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
