  • Design, develop, and implement Lean manufacturing strategies, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen events.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures and best practices to optimize production workflows.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
  • Develop business cases and project proposals for operational improvements.
  • Train and mentor plant personnel on Lean principles and tools.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production management to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, waste reduction, and quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on Lean manufacturing implementation.
  • Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations management or process optimization roles.
  • Ability to work independently and drive change initiatives.
