Key Responsibilities: Perform expert-level installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential problems before they cause downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults with precision and efficiency. Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and effective use of the equipment. Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair and maintenance activities. Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, maintaining accurate service records. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to product improvement.
