Senior Event Producer - Arts & Entertainment

Our client, a premier organization in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking an accomplished Senior Event Producer to lead the conceptualization and execution of large-scale events in **Bengaluru, Karnataka**. This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional organizational skills, a creative flair, and a deep understanding of event production, from initial concept development through to post-event analysis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, vendor relations, budget oversight, and ensuring the delivery of unforgettable experiences that align with our client's esteemed brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and produce a diverse portfolio of arts and entertainment events, including festivals, concerts, exhibitions, and corporate functions. Oversee all logistical aspects of event production, including venue selection, scheduling, staffing, technical requirements (audio-visual, staging, lighting), and security. Develop and meticulously manage event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximizing value. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with a wide range of vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Collaborate closely with creative teams, artists, performers, and stakeholders to ensure artistic integrity and production quality. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies. Lead and motivate on-site event teams, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of any issues. Manage post-event activities, including financial reconciliation, debriefing, performance analysis, and reporting. Ensure all events comply with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and push the boundaries of event production. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management and entertainment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Arts Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous. Minimum of 8 years of experience in event production, with a significant focus on arts and entertainment events. Proven track record of successfully producing and managing complex, large-scale events from start to finish. Exceptional project management skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and contract negotiation. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Strong creative vision combined with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with event management software and tools. Knowledge of the local arts and entertainment scene in Bengaluru is a plus.
