Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Event Catering Manager to oversee and elevate our catering operations in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN . This is a critical role requiring a blend of culinary expertise, exceptional client management, and meticulous logistical planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event catering, from initial client consultation and menu development to seamless execution on the day of the event. You will lead a talented team of chefs, servers, and event coordinators, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include developing innovative and bespoke menu proposals tailored to diverse client needs and budgets, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients at competitive prices, and managing inventory and cost controls to maximize profitability. You will be instrumental in training and motivating the catering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
