Senior Esthetician & Spa Manager

This is a hands-on role requiring a deep passion for skincare, client well-being, and exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing. In addition to providing direct client services, you will also manage the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, client appointments, and ensuring a pristine and tranquil environment. The ideal candidate will possess a valid esthetician license and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. You should have a comprehensive understanding of various skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols, as well as expertise in using advanced skincare equipment and products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities. You must be adept at client consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans, and promoting spa services and retail products. Experience with spa management software is required.
