Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive suite of advanced esthetic treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and therapeutic massages. Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Administer specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and hydrafacials. Operate and maintain specialized esthetic equipment, including lasers and light therapy devices, ensuring client safety. Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and recommend suitable products. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and progress notes. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in treatment rooms and the spa environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Stay current with the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and treatment modalities through ongoing education. Contribute to the spa's reputation by delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited esthetician program and possession of a valid esthetician license. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a licensed esthetician, with significant experience in advanced treatments. Proven expertise in performing a wide range of facials and skincare procedures. Experience with medical-grade skincare treatments and technologies (e.g., lasers, IPL, RF). Excellent understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult effectively with clients. A client-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service. Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a professional demeanor. Knowledge of retail skincare product lines and the ability to make informed recommendations. Certification in specific advanced treatments is highly desirable.
