This role involves performing a wide range of advanced facial treatments, body therapies, and skincare consultations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of skin physiology, various skin types, and common dermatological concerns. You will be responsible for developing personalized skincare plans for clients, recommending appropriate products and treatments, and educating clients on effective home care routines. Experience with advanced skincare technologies, such as laser treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and radiofrequency, is highly desirable. The Senior Esthetician will also be responsible for maintaining a pristine and well-equipped treatment room, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. We are looking for an esthetician with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong rapport with clients and provide a superior level of customer service. Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide personalized skincare consultations. Develop customized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products. Educate clients on skincare concerns, treatment options, and home care regimens. Operate and maintain advanced skincare equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry. Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies. Contribute to the overall positive ambiance and client experience at the spa. Qualifications: Certified Esthetician with recognized certification/diploma. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, with significant experience in advanced treatments. Expertise in skin analysis, facial treatments, and various skincare modalities. Experience with professional skincare technologies (e.g., lasers, peels, microdermabrasion). Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of skin physiology and common dermatological conditions. Ability to work independently and manage a client schedule effectively. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
