Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide personalized skincare consultations. Develop customized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products. Educate clients on skincare concerns, treatment options, and home care regimens. Operate and maintain advanced skincare equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry. Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies. Contribute to the overall positive ambiance and client experience at the spa. Qualifications: Certified Esthetician with recognized certification/diploma. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, with significant experience in advanced treatments. Expertise in skin analysis, facial treatments, and various skincare modalities.
