You will be responsible for performing a wide range of facial and body treatments, consulting with clients to understand their skincare goals, and developing personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and specialized therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations to identify skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes. Develop and recommend personalized skincare treatment plans and product regimens. Administer a variety of body treatments, such as waxing, threading, and body wraps. Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and product usage. Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and product innovations. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Manage client appointments, maintain accurate client records, and handle administrative tasks. Promote and sell skincare products and services to clients. Mentor junior estheticians and provide guidance on treatment techniques and client management. Qualifications: Certification or Diploma in Esthetics from an accredited institution. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician. Proficiency in a wide range of skincare treatments and technologies (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments, facial massage). Knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and effective treatment approaches. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide a personalized experience. Strong understanding of product ingredients and their effects on the skin. Aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
