This is an on-site position requiring regular fieldwork and client interaction. You will play a critical role in managing and executing a diverse range of environmental projects, from impact assessments to site remediation and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute environmental projects, including environmental impact assessments (EIAs), site investigations, and remediation projects. Conduct fieldwork, including soil, water, and air sampling, and environmental monitoring. Analyze environmental data and interpret results in the context of regulatory requirements. Prepare comprehensive technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory submissions. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on environmental compliance and management strategies. Lead project teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budget. Develop and implement environmental management plans and best practices. Stay updated on environmental regulations, policies, and industry best practices. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ensure the health and safety of project teams during fieldwork. Qualifications: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting or management. Proven experience in managing diverse environmental projects and fieldwork. In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, CPCB guidelines) and permitting processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills. Proficiency in environmental modeling software and data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing project teams.
