Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, monitoring budget and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing messages are consistent and impactful.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Arts Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on the Arts & Entertainment sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
