Senior Curriculum Developer & Educator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Curriculum Developer & Educator to join our innovative team in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN . Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive curriculum across various subjects and learning levels. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and digital resources. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for curriculum enhancement. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for educators, providing guidance on curriculum implementation and pedagogy. Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through feedback mechanisms and data analysis, making necessary revisions. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in education and instructional design. Mentor and guide junior curriculum developers. Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Contribute to the strategic planning of educational initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program design. Proven experience in teaching or training roles. Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Proficiency in using various educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Experience with hybrid and remote learning environments is a plus. Demonstrated leadership qualities and project management skills.
