Senior Curriculum Developer

Our client, a prestigious educational institution, is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Curriculum Developer to design and implement cutting-edge educational programs. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and revising curricula across various subjects and age groups, ensuring alignment with educational standards and pedagogical best practices. This position involves close collaboration with educators, subject matter experts, and administrators to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and developing comprehensive curricula for K-12 and higher education levels. Creating engaging and effective learning objectives, lesson plans, and assessment strategies. Researching educational trends, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches to inform curriculum design. Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Developing and integrating digital learning resources and interactive tools into curricula. Conducting pilot programs and gathering feedback for curriculum refinement. Ensuring curricula meet national and international educational standards and accreditation requirements. Training teachers and educators on new curriculum implementation and best practices. Evaluating the effectiveness of existing curricula and recommending updates or revisions. Managing curriculum development projects, including timelines and budgets. Contributing to the development of educational policies and strategic planning. Creating assessment tools, rubrics, and evaluation instruments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, curriculum design, and instructional technology. Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills are essential. A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is preferred. Experience in educational technology and online learning platform integration is highly desirable.
