As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist at our client's company, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Your deep understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and employee benefit plans will be crucial in this role. Your meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the company's compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage the annual compensation budget.
  • Analyze C&B data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees and managers.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized C&B services.
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives related to total rewards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation theories, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Certification in Compensation or Benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
