Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a focus on property and casualty insurance. In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims investigation techniques, and legal requirements. Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to conduct on-site inspections and manage fieldwork effectively.
