Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain solutions. This is a pivotal role for a candidate with a deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). You will be responsible for architecting secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain ecosystems that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana). This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with a global team of talented engineers and product managers, driving innovation in the rapidly evolving blockchain space. You will play a key role in defining our blockchain strategy, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring the successful deployment of robust and secure decentralized solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end blockchain solutions, including public, private, and hybrid implementations. Develop technical strategies and roadmaps for blockchain adoption and integration. Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and frameworks. Lead the development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain networks. Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the implementation and deployment of blockchain solutions. Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for blockchain development. Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical assessments for new blockchain initiatives. Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in blockchain technology and cryptography. Mentor junior blockchain developers and architects. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture and development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology. In-depth knowledge of blockchain principles, distributed ledger technology, and cryptography. Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda). Strong understanding of smart contract development, security, and auditing. Experience with consensus algorithms, network protocols, and tokenomics. Familiarity with decentralized application (dApp) development and related tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making. Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment. This position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN and is fully remote.
