Job Description

Our client, a forward-thinking digital product studio, is seeking a talented and innovative Remote UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for their web and mobile applications. This role is fully remote, requiring a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetic detail. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into seamless and engaging digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors and needs. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to map out user flows and interface structures. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input. Ensure consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints and product interfaces. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Prepare and present design documentation and specifications for development teams. Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI design projects across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
