This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe installation of solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. While the role is remote in nature, it involves on-site installation work at client locations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end installation process, including mounting solar panels, connecting electrical components, and ensuring system integrity and compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in electrical installations, construction, or a similar trade. A strong understanding of solar photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and related technologies is essential. Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment, is required. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team are crucial. Safety is paramount, so a strong commitment to following safety protocols and best practices is mandatory.
