Our client, a highly respected non-profit organization dedicated to community development, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Grant Writer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This critical role will be responsible for researching, developing, writing, and managing grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization by identifying funding opportunities that align with our mission and strategic goals. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of dedicated grant writing experience, preferably within the non-profit sector. Demonstrated success in securing grants from diverse funding sources (foundations, corporations, government). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong research and analytical abilities to identify relevant funding opportunities. Proficiency in grant management software and standard office applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Understanding of non-profit operations and program development. Master's degree or CFRE certification is a plus.
