Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead catering teams, providing training, guidance, and performance management. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize catering solutions. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and beverage service, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for food, beverages, and supplies. Develop and manage event budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue. Ensure flawless execution of events, from setup to breakdown, adhering to strict timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during events. Analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Maintain strong relationships with clients and seek opportunities for repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, new culinary techniques, and event management innovations. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in catering management or high-volume food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on event execution. Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food costing, and event logistics. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously in a remote capacity. Proficiency in catering management software and standard office applications.
