As an Industrial Engineer at our client's globally distributed team, your role will involve focusing on process optimization and efficiency improvements. You will analyze existing manufacturing, production, and service processes to identify areas for enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Using principles of engineering, operations research, and data analysis, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to streamline workflows and maximize productivity. This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere within specified operational regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and facility layout design using simulation software.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand challenges, and drive the adoption of new processes.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, provide regular reports on project status, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Possess a strong understanding of supply chain management, quality control systems, and project management.
- Utilize process modeling and simulation tools to enhance efficiency.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
