Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Electronics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Experience with remote diagnostic tools and software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (percentage will be minimal). Familiarity with a variety of industry-specific tools and equipment. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
