Our client is seeking a highly skilled and independent Remote Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for specialized equipment. While the role is remote in terms of base operations, it requires significant travel to client locations across various regions. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of our advanced machinery and systems. This position demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and software problems, and implementing effective solutions. The Remote Field Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all safety protocols.
