Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, with a strong focus on industrial equipment. Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to electromechanical systems, control systems, and software.
