Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, mass transfer, and separation processes. Experience with HAZOP studies and process safety management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical information clearly and concisely in a remote setting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success in a virtual environment.
