Our client, a prominent real estate development and management firm, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in **Hyderabad, Telangana, IN**. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property value, and maximizing profitability. The Property Manager will handle all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of property management principles and local real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements. Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring adherence to lease terms. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and presentable. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues. Manage rent collection, pursue delinquent payments, and handle evictions when necessary. Develop and manage property budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability. Prepare regular financial reports for property owners and senior management. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations and building codes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant retention. Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for services. Respond to emergency situations effectively and efficiently. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate management role. In-depth knowledge of property management software and real estate principles. Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and regulations in Telangana. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
