Job Description

As a visionary Principal Research Scientist, you will be leading groundbreaking research at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and Biotechnology. Your role will involve developing novel algorithms and computational approaches to solve complex biological challenges, accelerate drug discovery, and advance personalized medicine. You will define research roadmaps, mentor junior researchers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your work will include developing predictive models for biological processes, analyzing large-scale omics data, and designing AI-driven experiments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct advanced research in AI/ML for biotechnology applications.
  • Develop and implement novel algorithms for biological data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML applications in life sciences.
  • Proven track record of leading research projects and publishing in high-impact journals.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python).
  • Strong understanding of biological sciences, molecular biology, or genomics.
  • Experience with large biological datasets and bioinformatics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage research teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
