Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary and acute care for pediatric patients. Conduct physical examinations, diagnose, and treat common childhood illnesses. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. Administer immunizations and educate families on preventative health. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians. Manage chronic pediatric health conditions. Provide counseling and education to children and their families on health and wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential patient health records. Advocate for the health and well-being of pediatric patients. Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric healthcare. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatrics. Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and assessment skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
