Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical examinations of pediatric patients. Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses in children. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, interpreting results effectively. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide anticipatory guidance and counseling on growth, development, and health maintenance. Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies. Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Refer patients to specialists when necessary, coordinating care transitions. Participate in continuing education to stay current with pediatric healthcare advancements. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program. Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner license in Gujarat. Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) by a recognized credentialing body. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Proficiency in pediatric physical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong understanding of child development and pediatric health concerns. BLS and PALS certifications required.
