The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network traffic, identifying and diagnosing network issues, and implementing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and service disruptions. Key duties include responding to network alarms, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
