Our client is seeking a skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join their fully remote team. This position is crucial for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. You will be responsible for proactively identifying network issues, responding to alerts, and implementing solutions to resolve disruptions in real-time. Key duties include network monitoring using various tools, performing diagnostics, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff when necessary. You will also contribute to network documentation, participate in capacity planning, and assist with network upgrades and implementations.
