Medical Esthetician

Our client, a premier beauty and wellness clinic located in Hyderabad, Telangana, IN , is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Esthetician. This role requires a licensed professional with a strong understanding of dermatological treatments and advanced skincare techniques. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of esthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments, while ensuring client comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client consultation skills, a passion for continuous learning in the field of esthetics, and the ability to work effectively within a medical spa environment. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their skin health and beauty goals.

Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans for clients. Administer a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and acne treatments. Operate and maintain advanced esthetic equipment such as lasers, IPL devices, and radiofrequency machines. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment histories and progress notes. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols in accordance with health regulations. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and emerging technologies in medical esthetics. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic. Assist with inventory management of esthetic supplies and products.

Qualifications: Valid esthetician license in the relevant jurisdiction. Certification or advanced training in performing various medical esthetic procedures, including laser treatments. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, various skin conditions, and treatment modalities. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Proficiency in using medical-grade skincare equipment. Strong understanding of safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
