You will be the primary point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry through to the event's successful conclusion, ensuring seamless communication and meticulous planning at every stage.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive event proposals, managing budgets effectively, coordinating with various vendors (caterers, florists, entertainment, audiovisual), and overseeing on-site event execution. You will also be instrumental in driving revenue through proactive sales efforts and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. You will work closely with the hotel's sales, marketing, and culinary teams to create cohesive and memorable experiences. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
