Qualifications
Proven experience as an animator in the video game industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional animation skills in character and creature animation, with a focus on body mechanics, facial animation, and performance. Expertise in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity). Deep understanding of rigging, skinning, and character setup. Experience with motion capture pipelines and editing. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide clear direction and feedback to a remote team. Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling. Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
