Author scientific publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals. Present research findings at national and international scientific conferences. Contribute to intellectual property strategy, including patent applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical development, and manufacturing. Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety regulations and ethical guidelines. Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in the field. Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, or a closely related field. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral research experience in a relevant field, with a strong publication record. Demonstrated experience in leading research projects and managing scientific teams. Expertise in (specific techniques/areas, e.g., CRISPR, next-generation sequencing, protein engineering, cell-based assays). Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical analysis skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex scientific information clearly. Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes. Ability to thrive in a remote research environment, demonstrating independence and initiative. Experience with virtual collaboration tools is essential.
