Lead Esthetician & Spa Manager

A prestigious and highly-rated wellness center is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Esthetician & Spa Manager to join their team. Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion. Lead, train, and manage the esthetician team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction throughout the spa experience. Manage spa operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Develop and update treatment protocols and service offerings. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive client acquisition and retention. Manage client records and track treatment progress. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the beauty and wellness industry. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with advanced training and credentials. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa or salon setting. Expertise in various skincare treatments, product knowledge, and contraindications. Strong understanding of spa operations, inventory management, and customer service principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with spa management software.
