Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies. Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and provide tailored skincare recommendations and treatment plans for individual clients. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage to achieve optimal results. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics and skincare industry. Manage and mentor a team of estheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and professional development. Oversee inventory management for skincare products and professional supplies, placing orders as needed. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up. Assist in developing new service offerings and promotional strategies for the clinic. Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all clients. Qualifications:

Certification or diploma from an accredited esthetics program. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing esthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Proficiency in various skincare technologies and treatment modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for client satisfaction. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of beauty product lines and ingredients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing successful client transformations is a plus.
