Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalized skincare consultations. Develop and implement new treatment protocols and service offerings to stay competitive. Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations. Lead, train, and mentor a team of estheticians, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Ensure all spa areas are impeccably clean, organized, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Handle client inquiries, bookings, and resolve any service-related issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Manage retail product sales, including product knowledge training for the team and achieving sales targets. Monitor client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service quality. Maintain client records and treatment history for personalized service delivery. Collaborate with marketing to promote spa services and special offers. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty and wellness industry. Achieve revenue and client retention goals for the spa. Qualifications: Certified Esthetician with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Expertise in performing various advanced facial treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures. A strong understanding of different skin types, conditions, and effective treatment solutions. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Experience in spa management software and inventory control. Knowledge of retail sales strategies and product merchandising. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to continuous learning. Aesthetics certification or diploma from a recognized institution. Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets.
