You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced facial treatments, skincare consultations, and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs. As the lead esthetician, you will also play a role in mentoring junior staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and professional conduct, and contributing to the development of new service offerings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and the latest advancements in skincare technology and ingredients. Strong consultation skills, a calm and reassuring demeanor, and the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating client experience are paramount. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough skin analyses, developing personalized treatment plans, administering treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced facial techniques, and educating clients on home care routines. You will also be involved in inventory management of skincare products and assisting with staff training. A recognized esthetician certification and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in a high-end spa or clinic setting are required.
