Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and relevance. Oversee the pilot testing and revision process for new curricula, incorporating feedback from educators and students. Develop training materials and provide professional development for teachers on the effective implementation of the curriculum. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for curriculum development initiatives. Research and integrate emerging educational technologies and best practices into curriculum design. Ensure curriculum materials are inclusive, equitable, and accessible to diverse learners. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented curricula through data analysis and feedback mechanisms. Contribute to the strategic planning and vision for the organization's educational offerings.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, STEM field, or a related discipline. A Ph.D. is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management, with a significant focus on STEM. Demonstrated success in leading curriculum development projects from start to finish. Expertise in K-12 education standards and best practices in pedagogy. Strong understanding of science and mathematics content areas. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and subject matter experts. Experience in developing and delivering teacher professional development is highly desirable. A passion for improving STEM education and fostering a love of learning in students.
