Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or similar. Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Architect robust dApp solutions and contribute to the overall technical roadmap. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices for security and scalability. Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and decentralized protocols. Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Develop comprehensive documentation for smart contracts and dApp architectures. Contribute to the development of decentralized governance mechanisms and tokenomics. Participate in community discussions and contribute to open-source blockchain projects. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a strong focus on smart contract development. Proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Vyper. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography. Experience with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Solana). Familiarity with Web3 development frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache). Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
