Experience with common development frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, Web3.js). Familiarity with security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain applications. Experience with off-chain technologies and integrating them with blockchain solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
