Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee field trials for new crop varieties, fertilizers, and sustainable farming techniques. Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) programs to minimize chemical usage and promote biodiversity. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related agricultural field.
