Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized treatment room and salon environment. Keep detailed records of client treatments, progress, and preferences. Assist with inventory management for skincare products and supplies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics industry. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a valid license in Madhya Pradesh (or equivalent). Proven experience performing facials, waxing, and other beauty treatments. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
