Hotel Operations Manager

Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their prestigious property in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, IN . This critical role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hotel management principles, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor departmental performance, setting goals, and implementing action plans to achieve them. Manage staffing levels, recruit, train, and develop hotel personnel to ensure high standards of service. Oversee budget management, cost control, and revenue generation initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure quality standards are met. Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management. Implement and drive service excellence initiatives across all guest touchpoints. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management. Proven track record of successfully managing hotel departments and driving operational results. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting tools. In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for providing outstanding guest service.
