Conduct forensic accounting investigations into allegations of fraud, embezzlement, and financial misconduct. Analyze financial statements, transaction records, and other financial data to identify anomalies and discrepancies. Trace funds and reconstruct financial records to determine the extent of financial irregularities. Prepare detailed forensic accounting reports, including findings, evidence, and conclusions. Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings as required. Assist legal counsel in discovery processes and litigation support. Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and internal audit teams. Perform damage assessments and quantify financial losses. Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to fraud and financial investigations. Develop and deliver training on fraud awareness and prevention to internal staff. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CPA) are highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic accounting, auditing, or a related investigative field. Proven experience in conducting financial investigations and analyzing complex financial data. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and fraud schemes. Proficiency in data analysis tools and accounting software. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining objectivity and integrity. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to financial investigations. High ethical standards and professional skepticism. Experience with litigation support and expert witness testimony is a significant advantage.
