Farm Operations Manager

This hands-on role is critical for ensuring the efficient and productive cultivation of high-value crops. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of farm production, including crop planning, planting, irrigation, pest and disease management, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. This position requires a strong understanding of modern agricultural techniques, including precision farming, soil health management, and integrated pest management. You will lead and supervise a team of farm workers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and productivity targets are met. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the farm's budget, maintaining equipment, procuring supplies, and adhering to all environmental and regulatory compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for sustainable farming practices.
