In this hybrid role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to a team of senior partners, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a good work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle meeting logistics for partners and associates.
- Prepare, proofread, and format various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, correspondence, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and assist with case management tasks under attorney supervision.
- Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, with a focus on accuracy and accessibility.
- Liaise professionally and timely with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other external parties.

Qualifications
