Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in catering management, event planning, or hospitality leadership, with at least 5-7 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively and foster engagement in a virtual setting. Strong understanding of culinary arts, menu engineering, and food service operations. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Must possess a dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Flexibility to adapt to varying client demands and event schedules.
